Multi-currency Support
DigitalEx has introduced a new multi-currency support feature, enabling users to seamlessly integrate multiple cloud accounts operating in a multitude of diverse currencies. This new capability simplifies the intricate task of handling multiple currency conversion, consolidating and comprehending cloud billing items, each originating in different currencies, and offers users the flexibility to display them in a single, unified currency of their choice. This feature not only streamlines processes, saving time and effort, but also equips our users with a clear and efficient method for interpreting their financial data, providing the insights they need for confident and informed decision-making on a global scale.
Recommendation Tracking
DigitalEx has introduced a new feature designed to streamline recommendation tracking and backlog management. This new capability allows users to take action on any savings, security, or compliance recommendation and anomaly items by creating and associating tickets with them. These tickets can be created and conveniently managed within DigitalEx's internal ticketing system, or for added convenience, users also have option to seamlessly integrate with Jira, enabling them to create and manage tickets directly within their existing Jira projects. To further streamline the process, we've also added a dedicated Backlog page, providing users with a centralized location to conveniently track and manage all the tickets they've created.
AWS Member Account Bulk Onboarding
DigitalEx has introduced a new feature that enhances the process of onboarding AWS Member Accounts. This new capability allows users to seamlessly and effortlessly onboard all of their AWS Member Accounts simultaneously, thereby significantly simplifying and streamlining what was once a laborious and time-consuming task. It eliminates the need for the tedious and repetitive process of onboarding each member account individually, saving users valuable time and effort. Moreover, this new feature also helps to ensure a high level of consistency, accuracy and efficiency by bringing all the member accounts into the fold simultaneously, minimizing the risk of oversight or error.
Enhancements
We've made several enhancements across various aspects of the platform. Some of these improvements include:
We have enhanced the capabilities of our Coverage Dashboard feature by adding support for daily coverage interval option, as well as providing the option to filter by tags.
We have enhanced our recommendation capabilities for Google Cloud Platform (GCP) by seamlessly integrating native recommendations directly from the cloud provider, thereby enriching our GCP recommendation page and providing users with a more comprehensive and insightful experience.
We have enhanced our Canned Report capability by introducing a preview feature, allowing users to take a quick glimpse into the generated report result, before deciding whether to download it.
We have continued to enhance the onboarding process for GCP, where we have further streamlined and enhanced the process by eliminating the use of secret keys for both Billing Account and Project onboarding, resulting a simpler and yet more secure onboarding experience.
We have continued to enhance the onboarding process for Azure, where we’ve introduced support for a new Azure Billing Account type, Microsoft Partner Agreement, and also added the capability for automated onboarding of Azure Subscriptions via Management Group, further improving the onboarding experience for our users.
We have added an enhanced capability for our GraphQL API users by adding a permanent API KEY with no expiration support. This is in addition to the previous JWT token counterpart, which offers a limited 1-hour validity.
