Perspectives
Introduction
In DigitalEx, the term 'perspective' refers to the ability to create custom views of your data based on various filters. You can use the perspective feature to focus on specific data points, such as data from a particular provider, billing account, usage account, location, or tags. This can be useful for organizing and analyzing your data in a way that is most meaningful to you.
Steps to Create Perspectives
Login to DigitalEx as Owner/Editor
Click on Menu
3. Click on Perspectives under Admin
4. Click on Create Perspectives
5. Enter Name, Description & Team
Apply Basic or advanced filter
Basic: Basic filetr can help you focus on specific aspects of your RI Coverage to more effectively analyze and understand the data.
Advance: Advanced Perspective Filters" feature use to apply detailed filters to refine search results. You can add multiple filters by selecting criteria like "Provider," choosing an operator (e.g., "IN"), and selecting values from dropdown menus. The interface includes options to apply or cancel changes and a "Clear All" button to reset filters.)
Click Create
New Perspective is created and displayed as shown below. When you select the number of rows, you will be able to view that same quantity of rows on the page.
If you want to check the Cost, go to the Cost Page
10. Click on No Perspective & Select AWS Perspective
Steps to Edit Perspective
Login to DigitalEx as Owner/Editor
Click on Menu
3. Click on Perspectives under Admin
4. Click on the Edit icon
5. Change filters
6. Click on Update
Steps to Delete Perspective
Login to DigitalEx as Owner/Editor
Click on Menu
3. Click on Perspectives under Admin
4. Click on the Delete icon
5. Click OK from the popup
6. Perspective is deleted from the List
7. Click on the Cancel or X icon to close the pop
