GCP & Azure MSP / Reseller Support
DigitalEx is committed to continue enhancing and delivering features to better serve our MSP/Reseller partners. Our MSP/Reseller partners can now seamlessly onboard their Azure Microsoft Partner Agreement (MPA) account and/or GCP Reseller account, and then view and manage the cloud infrastructure costs of all their customers, all from single platform. This consolidated approach empowers our partners to have a comprehensive view of their overall customers' costs and also enables them to delve into the specifics of each customer's cost data when needed. Whether it's for gaining insights into how their overall customers' costs, individual customer’s cost, allocating budget for each of their customer, or for other reporting purposes, our MSP/Reseller partners have the tools they need at their fingertips.
GCP Sub Billing Account Onboarding
DigitalEx has introduced new account onboarding support for GCP cloud sub-account types, which is typically purchased through MSP/Reseller channels. This newly added capability not only address the needs of our direct customers who acquire their cloud accounts through MSP/Reseller channels, but also brings significant advantages to our GCP MSP/Reseller partners, where they can now seamlessly and effortlessly create and onboard a new DigitalEx instance for each of their customers simply by leveraging the existing connection previously established for their master account. This streamlined process reaffirms our commitment to delivering advanced solutions that enhance and simplify cloud cost management processes for all our customers and partners.
GCP Organization Onboarding
DigitalEx has introduced a new capability that enhances the GCP Project onboarding process. This added feature allows users to seamlessly and effortlessly onboard all their GCP Projects simultaneously via GCP Organization. This enhancement provides a significant improvement, simplifying and streamlining what was once a laborious and time-consuming task. It eliminates the need for the tedious and repetitive process of onboarding each Project individually, saving users valuable time and effort. Moreover, this new feature also helps to ensure a high level of consistency, accuracy and efficiency by bringing all Projects into the fold simultaneously, minimizing oversight or error.
CloudCompare™ Unit Cost Drill Down
DigitalEx has added a new drill-down capability within the existing CloudCompare™ dashboard, providing users with the capability to conduct more in-depth analysis of average unit costs across various providers. This enhancement empowers users with advanced capability allowing them to delve intro intricate unit cost breakdowns for components such as CPU, memory, storage and networking. With this newly added capability, users gain the invaluable ability to achieve a comprehensive view of their cloud expenses. This granular breakdown ensures nuanced insights and facilitates informed decision-making across diverse providers.
Advanced Cost Explorer (Beta)
DigitalEx has introduced a new Advanced Cost Explorer Dashboard, designed to offer users advanced cost drill-down capability within a specific provider. The primary objective is to facilitate a comprehensive exploration of users' cloud infrastructure cost data, leveraging all available dimensions inherent in the original cost dataset. By harnessing the full spectrum of dimensions present in the original cost data, the Advanced Cost Explorer Dashboard provides a holistic view, enabling users to make informed decisions and optimize their cloud resources effectively. Whether delving into specific provider details or scrutinizing various dimensions influencing cost, DigitalEx's Advanced Cost Explorer Dashboard stands as a powerful resource for those seeking to refine their understanding of cloud infrastructure expenses.
