Billing Account

Billing Accounts enable users to view costs from GCP accounts and regions in a single interface. Users can search and view the costs of resources across all regions and accounts, and visualize where resources are located. The Cost dashboard allows users to gain insight into their spending across all their public and private cloud providers. It provides a quick snapshot of costs, allowing users to easily understand overall trends.

Usage Account

A Usage Account is a project in a GCP organization. Projects are all the other accounts in an organization. An account can only be a project of one organization at a time
