Alerts Logs PREVIEW
We are pleased to introduce the new Alert Logs feature, providing admins with a centralized view of all alerts generated within the DigitalEx platform, including cost alerts, budget alerts, and anomaly alerts. All alerts are consolidated into a single, easy-to-navigate page, where users can filter by alert type, recipients, or both. This powerful capability enables admins to efficiently audit, monitor, and track alerts, ensuring that no critical notifications are overlook, while enhancing the visibility of alert activities across the platform.
Note. This feature is currently in preview status; please contact your Customer Success Manager to request for early access.
Other Enhancements
We've also made several other enhancements across the platform to improve your experience with DigitalEx. Some of these improvements include:
Cost Dashboard: Period Chart Options
We have enhanced our Cost Dashboard capabilities by introducing new Period chart options, offering users with greater flexibility in tracking and analyzing cost data. These options include convenient preset time ranges of 30, 60, and 90 days for daily interval views, and 1, 3, and 6 months for monthly interval views. Additionally, custom daily and monthly options are available, allowing users to specify their desired periods to better meet specific reporting and data analysis needs.
Cost Anomaly Detection: Multi-Level Granularity
We have enhanced our Cost Anomaly detection capabilities by introducing support for multiple levels of granularity. Previously, anomalies were detected at a very granular level, enabling users to pinpoint the exact resource experiencing the issue. However, this approach had limitations, as anomalies on short-lived resources often went undetected due to insufficient historical data for baselining. By aggregating resources and analyzing them at higher level, we can now identify a broader range of anomalies, significantly improving detection accuracy.
Advanced Filter: IS EMPTY Operator
We have enhanced our Advanced Filter capabilities by introducing the IS EMPTY operator. This new option offer users greater precision and flexibility when searching for specific data or resources, allowing them to filter results for entries with empty or null values. This new operator addition makes it easier for users to target and locate data or resources that match specific patterns, significantly improving the efficiency of searches across large datasets.
